In fact, it will free up senior staff to concentrate on core activities.  It’s also an easy way to handpick staff for hard-to-fill roles, or tailor training and development to your business needs.

Step Forward has connections to 98% of secondary schools in London, allowing you access to a diverse young talent pool.  We oversee the entire process, matching you the right candidates and setting up interviews.  It’s the easy way to find an apprentice.

We offer six Level 3 (Advanced) courses that will support a variety of business critical functions from finance to marketing and IT.  They run over 12 months, meaning that your apprentice can quickly bring value to the workplace.

The Challenge has been added to the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP) meaning that, if you pay the apprenticeship levy, you can select us using your digital account.
