We’re thrilled to announce that The Challenge Network, and therefore Step Forward, has officially been included as a Main Provider in the Register of Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP)!
What is the RoATP?
The RoATP gives assurance to both apprentices and employers that providers are able to deliver high-quality apprenticeship training. As the Apprenticeships and Skills Minister, Robert Halfon, notes “We are giving employers the confidence to do business with high quality training providers, and making sure that individuals can benefit from gold-standard routes as they climb the ladder of opportunity.”
What does this mean for Step Forward?
The RoATP forms part of wider apprenticeship reforms designed to improve and increase the quality and quantity of apprenticeships. From May 2017, when the apprenticeship levy comes into effect, levied employers will be able to choose Step Forward from the new register and we will continue to deliver high quality, high impact apprenticeships for diverse young Londoners.
